About a month ago, I bought MTB bicycle boots here (they were brought from the warehouse by pre-order). After the purchase, it turned out that the spike is not included with the bicycle boots. He asked to deliver the spike in addition to the shoes, while leaving his phone number. They promised to pick up the spike from the warehouse within a week and call me back. A month has passed, there is no reaction.
They acted badly: they found shoes for 200 euros in the warehouse quickly and promptly called back, at the same time, a spike for 15-20 euros is most likely not so profitable for them to sell, so they decided not to do anything. It is also not clear why the store's sales consultant did not immediately say that this set of shoes does not imply the presence of a spike by default (from communicating with me, it was clear to them that I do not have a spike).
