It's a very interesting place. There are very few of them, so be sure to visit.
This is the territory of a silk-spinning factory. It all starts with a store where you can (and should!) take a tour, as the employees hardly speak Russian and will not be able to explain anything to you. The tour takes about 30 minutes.
You will be shown how the thread unwinds from the pupae of silkworms, how it is spun. How the threads are then prepared for painting, how and with what they are painted, and how, finally, silk and other fabrics are woven, as well as carpets are made.
It's very interesting!
There is also a workshop where there are machines and you can also see the work.
The store sells fabrics and clothes.
In general, the territory is very beautiful, there are many fruit trees.

We are very glad that we have come! Nowadays, it is rare to see really traditional production and fabrics made by hand. Everything can be touched and bought! Friendly and kind staff! I recommend visiting and buying exclusive gifts!!!

January 7
An interesting tour with a woman from the family of the new factory owners. She showed me and told me all the production technology, but due to the fact that we were there in January, there are no employees, it's cold. There is a store where I bought fabrics. I'll give you a little price guidance. Cotton is thin, 40 cm wide, 3 dollars per meter, silk 40 cm wide, 15 dollars per meter. The work is handmade, so the price is more than adequate. I didn't use the finished products, they are too authentic, I just have nowhere to wear them. The factory is a must-visit if you are in the Ferghana Valley!
