I went her as an ex-pat looking for cool outdoor gear which is specific to Kazakhstan and Central Asia; that's exactly what I found. The equipment and clothing was unique, but I could tell it is grounded in practicality. Jaguar has good gear, no doubt, and the selection is better than any I've found elsewhere in Kazakhstan. Much of the main (2nd) floor is dedicated to camping and fishing, with a caged off portion dedicated to firearms (mostly shotguns with some rifles, not many). There is another large adjoining room which may/may not be part of the same store, but has a broad selection of all-weather apparel in multiple sizes. Boots, jackets, pants, and more for all seasons. Very impressive. If I was able to do more outdoor adventures in Kazakhstan then Jaguar would be one of my first stops to collect the necessary equipment.

A reliable store with a good choice, but it's worth comparing prices and checking for discounts before buying. It is optimal for those who choose not just "cheap", but practical and for a long time.
