Terrible service in taxi 1111! Yesterday I was confronted with rudeness from the operator. Firstly, he didn't even listen to the address, and secondly, he addressed himself as "you" and started arguing, after which he simply hung up. I called again, they connected me with the quality service, but instead of solving the problem, they began to defend the operator, saying that "many people call a city or village that way" and that the drivers themselves would call back and figure it out. Is this a normal practice? Why should the client explain the address to the driver if there is a dispatcher for this? I am very disappointed! Apparently, in this company, employees do not work according to instructions and do not respect customers. I won't use this taxi anymore!

Rudeness on the part of taxi drivers. Personal questions, swearing in the salon, and absolute disrespect for the customer. I've been using it for 3 years. I probably won't anymore. Not all of them, of course, but more and more recently. The only advantage is that they respond and accept the order relatively quickly. But this does not negate their rudeness.
