We took the carpet to the dry cleaners. The cleaning process took 1.5 months, although we were promised a deadline of 14 days upon delivery. In correspondence with the manager, we clarified what could happen to the carpet in the worst case if you do a dry cleaning. We were assured that in the worst case, the stain would remain. When we arrived to pick up the carpet 1.5 months later, we paid for the work done, but unpacked the carpet only at home. Once at home, we saw that, in addition to the stain remaining, the carpet itself had turned yellow (although it was a light beige). We returned the carpet to the dry cleaner, where we were informed that they had cleaned it again. However, the carpet remained yellow. We attach photos of the carpet before and after cleaning, as well as part of the correspondence stating that the carpet will not be damaged. The carpet was cleaned on the 3rd attempt! The issue was closed peacefully!

I went to a clothing repair shop. I arrived after 19.00. When it was my turn, they looked at my problem and told me to come tomorrow from 10.00 to 16.00 or next week, the master will work until 19.00. Seriously? So I came to find out the work schedule of a clothing repairman? What is the purpose of the receptionist/administrator there if she cannot accept the clothes for repair, assess the problem and find a solution. It is a pity that such a network of workshops treats its customers this way. There is no desire to come again.
