The hotel is great. We arrived at the hotel very early, around 6.00 am, we checked in immediately, we did not take any money, although one of the girls in the group shouted that she would pay, just check in. The deluxe room is just super! The room service is excellent. The breakfast is very varied, you can choose for every taste. The territory is small, very beautiful, lots of greenery. The beach and the sea are wonderful. The only inconvenience is the sun beds. they are very uncomfortable and there are not many of them, the guests do not have enough. Although there are plenty of places to install them. Apparently, the Chinese themselves do not really like lying on the beach, so they do not pay attention to this point, but it's a pity.

Unfortunately, I have to take off the stars because the hotel is not ready for the influx of Russian tourists. There are not enough plates in the dining room. Nice hotel, everything was fine during the rest. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the street of food at a calm, unhurried pace. Next time we'll go to the same hotel. Among the disadvantages: poor Wi-Fi (it's better to take it right away, install it), there are not enough sun beds in the coastal area of the hotel, and there is also a lack of a pool bar.

I visited this hotel in January for the second year in a row. Our friends, the locals, settled in it for the first time, they consider Yalog Bay to be the cleanest, calmest with infrastructure and good transport accessibility to everything they need) well, this hotel was chosen as the best according to the same locals) In 2024, we visited Hainan right on the eve of the Chinese NG, the hotel was packed, the local children had holidays. This year we managed to arrive 2.5 weeks earlier - the low season, there are few people. I must say right away: we were unlucky with the weather this year (last time we tanned like never before, right up to chocolate))) but you can't guess here. According to the hotel: a lot of ice was added to the juices!!! If last time I just reveled in fresh food for breakfast, by the way, Chinese food is not my thing, so fruits and juices were the main course for breakfast, and, of course, duck-chicken, scrambled eggs and delicious egg tartlets. We had dinner either in Sanya or in local cafes (compared to last year, Russian inscriptions and menus appeared, which is very convenient) Conclusion: I recommend the hotel, next year we will definitely go to Mangrove) By the way, a Russian chef has appeared in the restaurant, a pleasant young man) I hope he will make some adjustments to the range of dishes. I also hope that they will sort out the juices, they were very tasty.

A great hotel, there is something to compare it with. The hotel certainly does not have a fresh renovation, but it does not bother. There are no comments on the room, the room cleaning is excellent, every day there is a fresh bathrobe, slippers and there are scales in the room. The hotel has a nice territory, a convenient beach, everything is comfortable and on the level. According to nutrition, everyone will find their own dishes. Have a great holiday!

We had a rest together, me and my mother (72 years old) from March 5-19 (14 days). Aeroflot flight from Yekaterinburg. I am a group 2 disabled person. I use crutches and a wheelchair (electric scooter) to get around. Fellow disabled people with impaired motor function, like me, I will say that the hotel has a sooo bad attitude towards people like us. The hotel is very large, it is not possible to move on crutches, only on some kind of electrical device. We took a room with a view of the garden. Initially, we were accommodated on the 1st floor with a view of the grilles, they said temporarily. Then, with a fight and swearing on the day of arrival, we were moved to the 4th floor. The room turned out to have a view of the mountains and the road. The next day, we were evicted from the room, they demanded that we live on the 1st floor, explaining that the electric wheelchair could not be transported in an elevator. The weight of the electrical device is 20 kg. They also demanded that I leave the stroller on the 1st floor and walk to the room by myself, they are not interested in how I go. They forcibly moved us to the 1st floor with a view of the bar, where music is constantly blaring, although the room should be facing the garden. In general, everything was very insulting and low. Therefore, if you are physically disabled, it is better not to go to this hotel and it is not a 5* hotel. Shame on the hotel!!! It's not my fault that my legs are sore. Food: only chicken meat. For the first time in 14 days, there was beef and fish on the same day. Garnish with rice and noodles. Everything is cold. The rest is different types of cabbage. There are different fruits, including pineapples. There is coffee from vending machines. Add 4 tea bags and 2 sugars. There are a lot of people in the restaurant, and you won't find any empty tables. In general, this is definitely not a 5* hotel. Sea: slightly cool 22 degrees in March. The sea is colder than in Turkey in October. You can swim for 10 minutes. There is a small pen in the sea from the hotel, there seems to be enough space. Very few people swim, mostly our compatriots. There are not enough places on the beach for everyone. Seats are occupied in the morning. I came to the beach at 9:00 in the morning - there are no people, only towels on the sun beds. I do not recommend the hotel.

We had a rest at the end of September 2025. It's not a bad hotel, but it's clear that it hasn't been renovated for a long time, but the room is large and spacious. First, they gave me a room and it turned out to have an air conditioner that wasn't working, we contacted the reception and changed the room without any problems. No one will be hungry at breakfast, but they are monotonous. During the typhoon, we bought dinner for 268 yuan per person, everything is about the same, only meat and seafood are present. 10 minutes and to the right of the hotel there are cafes and restaurants where you can have a good snack. Now the most important thing is the sea and the beach... the beach is clean, the sand, there were always enough sun beds. But the main problem is the "whistlers" (rescuers who whistle as someone finds themselves outside the "enclosure", and this happens very often because people do not like being with each other and want to feel some privacy on the vast coast) and the "enclosure" (a small space fenced with buoys wherever possible swim) this combination spoils the whole impression of the sea and the beach.Unfortunately, this is the case in all hotels in Yalognbey Bay. If you want a free sea, be very careful about choosing a bay and study the features in detail. If it weren't for the beach, we could recommend this hotel, in principle, everything is not bad, but the beach covers all the advantages.

The hotel is located on the first line, its own beach, sand with patches of shell crumb in places. The purest sea. Wi-Fi does not work on the beach. The pool is quite large in area, but shallow, up to 1.20 m, and with not enough sun beds, especially during a period of strong waves at sea (if there were such high waves in Russia, we would still get into the water, but here the security service simply does not give such an opportunity). Upon check-in, they take a deposit of $ 100. It is not very clear why, probably, a tribute to tradition. The hotel's infrastructure is focused on serving Chinese people. The hotel staff, even at the reception, does not speak foreign languages, even at the level of limited hotel vocabulary. Apparently, one or two people can somehow communicate in Russian and English, but they come at limited hours and they still need to be searched. The travel agency Biblioglobus keeps a representative at the hotel during the day with knowledge of the Russian language, but mainly for organizing excursions. Aeroflot brings a large number of tourists from Moscow (A-350) to Sanya every day. The flight arrives at the night-morning border, and the logistics of hotel accommodation at such an early time is absolutely not worked out: you arrive at the hotel, rooms are not allocated, and at this time no one speaks either Russian or English, you have to wait for one special person to appear during the main working hours (from 9 am) and only then does the settlement process begin. A few hours (3-5) from arrival at the hotel to check-in, guests from Russia are left to themselves after a tedious flight. The return trip with Aeroflot is also inconvenient. Departure is at 4.50 am, the travel agency brings you to the airport about three hours before that. It takes less than an hour to drive, but by bus it is far from tourist class, worse than our GROOVE: the distance between the rows of seats is very small, so that the knees rest against the back of the seat in front, some body structures get in the way under the feet in a third of the seats, due to the lack of a luggage compartment, passengers are forced to lift all suitcases-bags into the cabin, completely cluttering up the narrow aisle between the rows of seats. The travel agency does not think about the safety, not to mention the comfort, of passengers at all. So, arriving at the airport at least three hours in advance, they begin to let one person into the check-in area only two hours before departure and then through the medical control system. None of the staff speaks Russian, and the travel agency just unloaded the customers and disappeared. The food (I can only judge about breakfast) can be considered acceptable, although the cuisine is far from international. In the evening, there are quite a lot of seafood restaurants within walking distance. There is a good restaurant "Maxim's", where they speak Russian, cook well, low prices and, as an indicator of quality, there is always a full house. Another good Italian restaurant, La Tabella, is located in the shopping center, with a more refined menu and service at low prices. Let's go back to the hotel. The rooms are nice, spacious, there is even a shower on the loggia, cleanliness and order are maintained as in the whole hotel. A day or two later, a basket with various fruits was brought. So if you have arrived for a long time, then the memories of an unorganized meeting manage to be smoothed out by a positive rest (when you leave, you will be reminded about the organization - see above).

Everything was fine until the last moment, but when checking out, the hotel manager did not refund our deposit ($100), simply saying that everything was OK and that we could leave. We forgot about this deposit because it had been a long time and it was very early in the morning and left for the airport. The hotel refused to refund the money by card or bank transfer. They're just scammers and robbers.
