An hour later, without receiving the order, I wrote to support, they apologized and said that the order would be in 45 minutes, after waiting until 16:10 I wrote to support again, they asked me to wait another 40 minutes. I chose yamigom only because of the short waiting time, and as a result, I receive delivery in about 3 hours (if it arrives soon, it's now 16:30). The service is disgusting, but if you want to set a personal record for waiting for an order, that's what you need, use it

They cheat with the delivery. They transfer the order to Yandex for regular delivery, whose couriers are not aware of what they are carrying and start making a scandal that they need to carry products to the door. When trying to figure it out, they say that they are not responsible for the order, all claims should be made to Yandex. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
