My friends ordered the delivery. The courier delivered the delivery, but unfortunately not all of it. Some of the expensive products were missing. It was not possible to reach the courier by extension. The chat has been dead since then. It's a pity for Yandex, the only score is 1 because there is no 0. I don't recommend it, it's better to take the subway or bus yourself and pass it from hand to hand if something is important.

I ordered the delivery of groceries from the store, and my correct address was saved in the app. When registering the gps, I put the wrong address on the neighboring house. I wrote to the courier about this and apologized for the fact that Yandex provided the wrong address. The courier only replied that this was a completely different address (it was a neighboring house where it was a 1-minute walk). As a result, they called me from support, I explained the situation, they told me that they would give it to the courier. But after resetting the call, the order was immediately canceled, and the courier took the package of products for himself) I did not see a refund, they answered my problem in the support service and in the mail: incorrect address. After that, I was completely ignored. All my applications were immediately closed with the message "rate our support team." If you can order something from Yandex, then only for cash, because online, in any situation, the money will not be returned to you)
