Experience of worst food delivery as an expat in Almaty Kazakhstan:
Dishonest courier and irresponsible customer service, details as below:
Courier came to my hotel and didn’t call me or try any other means to contact me and just cancel the order just because I was waiting him in the lobby and he didn’t even enter and hotel lobby. And as of the reason of cancellation: he put that I didn’t answer the call, which is totally false! He never called me and tried to contact me.
When I found status of cancellation I contacted customer service, at that time as long they provided any useful means of contacting the courier I could have gotten my order but they not just didn’t help but bullshit a lot and wasted the time.
Here is the advice for any expats who can speak neither Kazakhstan nor Russian ( only 2 languages available for food delivery), strongly recommend another app to order food and any other services: WOLT!

Excellent office, cozy meeting rooms. A terrace with a beautiful view. And the presence of a music room and a gym is very encouraging. And also for yoga lovers, there is a yoga room. 👌👌
