Terrible service! The drivers are crooked! There is no support service!! They can't solve the issues at all. The driver said that the payment from the card did not go through, called the operator Rustam, said that I would pay in cash, I paid. Then I came out and saw that they had withdrawn money from the card. I call the driver, I call support, I explain everything, the effect is zero! The driver does not answer the phone, and the support allegedly cannot do anything. It's a shame this is the first time I've come across this at all. I always use this service in another country, but in Bishkek the whole service was dropped in my eyes. It's a disgrace
