We were on vacation in Minsk and, due to the circumstances, did not book accommodation in advance, but already in the city itself we were faced with the fact that either everything was occupied for our dates of stay, or prices were unreasonably inflated. Our friends were vacationing in this house in July and we asked them for contacts. A friendly girl told us everything, one room was available for our family for a day, well, we already agreed to this, so that tired people with a small child could have a place to relax. As a result, while we were driving to them, everything changed and our room was free for us for the whole week. It was wonderful. The house has four floors. The first is the reception, the second with two rooms, a living room and a huge kitchen. The third and fourth floor have living rooms and a bathroom/toilet. There is a refrigerator on each floor. There are two large and roomy ones in the kitchen. The house is very clean and tidy. The rooms are also clean, the bed linen is good, the beds are wide, the renovation is👍 In the bathroom, everything is cleaned, the shower, bathtub and toilet are always clean and they are washed every morning. There are a lot of different dishes in the kitchen, there is a stove and a microwave They calculate the world using the Russian Federation card, so it is not necessary to have cash. We really liked it there, it's a pity that there are no photos left

We stayed for two nights in August 2025. The impressions are bad. The room had a bathroom. The bathroom is small and cramped. There are not enough hooks. And the shower cabin is designed for very slim people. There was no gel or shampoo. There was only liquid soap. There was no closet in the room (only hooks on the wall). There were no chairs either. They took stools from the dining room, which had been dusted for a long time. For that kind of money (9500 Russian rubles), there is NO service. Not a guest house, but a complete disappointment. Plus one thing- the proximity to the subway. I strongly advise you not to stay there
