A great store, a large selection of goods and colors, the service is also excellent . I came and said that I could not find yarn of this color, they explained to me what could be done aesthetically further and why it was better not to add other colors anymore.

The assortment is good, the prices are plus or minus human. BUT the service is just terrible. I arrived 10 minutes after the opening - there is a sign "technical break" without a specific time. I waited 40 minutes and left. I returned the same day at about 7.30 pm. The sign is back, but it says 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting, the seller ran out of a nearby store with a face like she was distracted from important things. Neither hello nor goodbye, I threw the product almost in my face. The sediment of course.... That's another one. When I returned here a couple of days later, I received the same service. Perhaps next time I'll take a walk in the QUAD rather than come back here again. 😣

The assortment of the shop is decent, there is a choice, BUT the service is really worthless. There remains a very unpleasant residue, and frankly, the desire to return there does not arise from the word at all. It's easier to go to the other end of the city, where they will politely prompt and advise you, and not tell you about their bad mood and my incredible luck that they haven't opened their mouths to me yet. And when they ask you which circular spokes you can offer, which ones you have, they answer "is there 2 meters to give?"
P.S.I also work with people and I know firsthand about conflict-free behavior, so I don't actually react to this, but this is unacceptable in any case.

The service level is at zero. According to the schedule, the store is open until 20.00 at 19-55 it is already closed. When they knocked and asked to sell the product, the seller replied, "You can't see, it's closed." Why set the operating mode at all if you can close the store whenever the seller wants?
