Я много лет путешествовала с фирмой "ЯрТур", вернее, с менеджером Лёвочкиной Татьяной. Очень ответственный и внимательный менеджер. Начиная от выбора маршрута, заканчивая моментом возвращения. Много было разных ситуаций, которые возникали походу: задержки рейсов, овербукинги, Татьяна решала все вопросы, подбирала удобные замены, всячески сглаживала сложные ситуации. Пандемия внесла свои коррективы, очень жаль, что "ЯрТур" сейчас не работает, очень надеюсь, что Татьяна вернется в туризм.
