Of course, no one was going to change the product or return the money to me, and she began to tear off these Velcro straps in front of me and assure me that they could not be torn off with her teeth and she did not see a marriage. I agree, they sit tight, BUT THEY FALL OFF ON THE BABY! Well, of course I didn't prove anything (otherwise I had to take the child and demonstrate the whole thing in front of them). In general, I swallowed all this, took this package and went home to sew Velcro. I killed 2 days for this. Over time, telling my friends and acquaintances about my purchase, they enlightened me what the trick was. The glue that holds the Velcro gradually warmed up from the heat of the child's body, melted and the Velcro fell off. That's it! If it had reached me earlier, I probably would not have been too lazy and contacted the consumer protection service. In general, in case of an unsuccessful purchase in this store, you will not prove anything to anyone.
