Our son Pasha went to the nursery for almost the first year (group 3), it was not important for me to repair the kindergarten (although it would not hurt, of course, at least to replace the windows), the employees who would work with the child in the group were important and we were incredibly lucky! Our Natalia Mikhailovna is an incredible specialist and a sincere person, she worries about every child, a teacher from God. Thanks to her, Pasha easily adapted and enjoys going to kindergarten, crafts every day, but what a variety! and how many poems he knows, and they teach manners - and wipe his mouth with a napkin, and thank him, you can endlessly list how much he was taught. I leave the child in the garden with a calm soul, and it's worth a lot. If it is a substitute, most of the children shout "where is Natasha?", and this speaks volumes, the children are very attached to Natalia Mikhailovna and love her! The assistant teacher Yulia Ivanovna also treats the children well, all clean, fed and inspected. It is a pity to part with such professionals, I hope that we will continue to be lucky and will come across good educators and caregivers' assistants. Vera Justinovna, the head of the kindergarten, is also very pleasant, she always listens and tries to meet her parents in any matter that depends on her. He will answer all your questions. P.S.: who plans to send a child to kindergarten at the age of 2 and in doubt, I recommend Natalia Mikhailovna and Yulia Ivanovna, you will not regret it. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Thank you for the interesting approach to children and easy adaptation, for the knowledge, skills and abilities that you have taught them. Almost every day, we carried "creativity created by our own hands", songs, rhymes from kindergarten. Well, dancing, dancing is a separate topic, thanks to Natalia Mikhailovna for them. You made Timur go to kindergarten with pleasure and practically from the first day. It is worth a lot to be in a nursery group with such educators. It is a pity that Tatyana Gennadyevna has already left, but Natalia Mikhailovna has stayed and this is very pleasing. After all, it is rare to meet a person, a professional in his field, who is 100% in his place. Thanks to psychologist Tatiana, a wonderful specialist, the kids also love you very much. One thing is upsetting, no matter how parents try to thank educators with bonuses (they wrote a THANK-YOU LETTER), this is ignored. They are accepted into the work, but they do not bring the action to the end. Natalia Mikhailovna, thank you for being like this, I hope that in the near future the work of educators, especially such ones, will be appreciated!
