Today, my patience was exhausted by the "boorish aunt" who does not know how to communicate with customers. The fact that she is boorish is an understatement. I buy eggs in this store regularly. But one of the sellers is just some kind of HORROR (K. Galina Andreevna), after the purchase you leave with a spoiled mood!!! The feeling that either she doesn't like people, or she's unhappy with life. You come with a smile, you want to cheer and support for working in such conditions, and in response, silence or dissatisfied grumbling. He answers the questions dryly and briefly. It's completely absurd today!!! There is a notice on the door saying "take a container with you." Accordingly, I asked a question about whether this applies to trays only when buying 1 dozen. I'll explain why I specified it.: 1. I saw how customers come with their own trays for 10 eggs. 2. Sometimes they ask themselves (if 1 day) for you in a bag or tray 3. When buying 2-3 dozens, they were always packed in cardboard trays. And thank you for that, because it's easier and safer to carry, of course. 4. Earlier, I had already asked the same saleswoman a question about where they were taking these cardboard trays or not, they should be returned, etc. To which I received, again, a boorish answer: "no, we are not renting, I do not need them." As a result, to my question today, I heard "whatever you bring, I'll put it there." Then why not calmly explain how it should be. Instead, you have to constantly communicate with customers like this with a disgruntled face. That's why my nerves are frayed, and my mood is the same. I didn't even want to buy eggs anymore.
