I do not recommend contacting the online store of this network. Today is 07/31/2025. The first order was placed by me on the Internet on 26.06. The next day, they called back and said that the goods would be delivered in a maximum of two weeks due to holidays and a short working week, and that upon arrival at the product store, I would be contacted directly from the store. I waited longer, but no one contacted me. I tried to call the store, but in a phone conversation, they finally told me that the specialist was busy and they would definitely call me back, but no one called back. I probably called twice, the answer is the same, oh yes, one lady connected me to the service center in general. Then I personally went to the store on 06/27, the store said that the goods had not arrived and advised me to wait until Wednesday, as all orders are delivered on Wednesday. I'm waiting well. As a result, NOTHING, no call, no product. Well, I guess okay, maybe the product is out or something. I go to the online store and see that the product I need is on sale. I place another order on 07/25. The manager calls me back and says that the product is there and will be delivered to Brest next Tuesday or Wednesday and that I will be contacted as soon as the product arrives at the store. But there is no call, and I understand that there will not be. In short, this chain of stores has no customer orientation. I don't recommend it.
