The house I bought from Istanbul Zeytinburnu Seven Blue sales office was delivered about 15 days late from the promised date after paying the payment. Although I have experienced serious structural and usage problems in the apartment and on the site since the delivery, a permanent solution has not been produced for months. There are construction stains on the floor marbles of my apartment and these stains have not been removed for about 6 months. Every time it rains for the last 2 months, water flows into the house, which negatively affects both my belongings and my living comfort. In addition, there has been a regular heating problem in the social facility for about 6 months, the facility cannot be used properly. The license plate reading system at the entrance exits of the site has also not been working properly for about 6 months and causes problems at every entrance exit. I have met with both the sales office and the site management more than 10 times regarding all these problems. The process was postponed by saying only “we are interested” every time, but no concrete steps were taken and the problems could not be solved. I demand that all these structural and systemic problems be resolved permanently and properly within a month at the latest. If the problems will not be solved within this period, I want a stamped, signed and written answer as to why they have not been fixed. If neither the problems are resolved nor a written explanation is submitted to me within a month, I declare that I will resort to legal remedies.
