Even on the phone they manage to be rude. They talk as if my call distracts from the most important things, it seems that I called her home in the middle of the night. I did not receive a proper answer to my question (I needed a specific master, and since we had not used the services of this salon for a long time, I forgot the name of the master). We haven't used it for a long time, and then we'll forget about this miserable place. The administrator knows how to discourage the desire to visit a good master. I hope the owner of the salon will read this review and conclude that such administrators have no place in his establishment.

Today I wanted to make an appointment for a haircut at 8.00 on one of the Saturdays, that's why I came to this barbershop, especially since I know that they cut it well. They refused, referring to the fact that none of the shift masters can arrive by 8.00, for a moment, a working day from 8.00 every day. Do you guys come to work from Minsk?
