Hello! My husband and I, I can say, are frequent guests at the Elena Hotel. Every year we visit this complex in connection with work trips and business meetings. We recently rented a new room and we never cease to be pleasantly surprised =) The level of service is very good, polite staff, special thanks to the administrator Natalia, who attentively meets the requirements of customers. The hotel has all the amenities: breakfast in bed, Wi-Fi (now it's not real without the Internet)), air conditioning, TV. The rooms are clean, warm and cozy. There are also the most beautiful illuminated aquariums on the territory – a drop of exoticism did not hurt, it's very nice to watch the fish. Thank you for the comfort and friendly atmosphere! I hope we will visit our favorite complex soon!
