We went on the route Yerevan-Dilijan-Lake Parz-Deer farm-Haghartsin-Sevanavank.
In general, everything is very superficial. Dilijan was never shown to us. They brought them to the stylized antique shops and said - here is Dilijan. Neither the central square with a fountain, nor the amphitheater were shown. We stayed for 20 minutes and left.
At all points, the guide briefly gave information at the car and let her go for a walk. "I answer questions only in the car."
Buses are convenient. There are seat belts. Be prepared for the fact that the driver will overtake on the oncoming lane in a closed turn.

Many thanks to the leaders and guides. With you, we have discovered a new Armenia, warm, cozy and very hospitable. Many thanks to Naira the first - with her we saw the monasteries of Khor Virap and Noravank, learned their ancient history, the beautiful Ararat, the unique monastery complex of Etchmiadzin opened before us, and visited the Zvartnots temple. With Nair the second, we visited Lake Sevan, we were also at the Tsakhkadzor ski resort, only there was no snow. Many thanks for the pagan temple of Garni and the Symphony of Stones valley, a unique monastery complex in the Geghard rocks. We have completely immersed ourselves in the hospitable atmosphere of Yerevan and Armenia these days. I recommend this campaign to everyone who goes to Armenia. I ordered 3 excursions: View of Ararat, Sevan+Dilijan, Tatev. I liked everything very much, organized competently, customer-oriented. Comfortable buses with WiFi and air conditioning, free cold water. I would especially like to mention the work of the guides - Jasmine and Arsine, as well as the drivers. If there was time, I would have ordered more excursions through this agency. The prices, yes, may be overpriced, but the comfort is worth it.

The agency is normal, but it all depends on the guide. We went on two excursions.
1. Lake Sevan and Manastyr in the vicinity of Gyumri. The tour was bilingual in Russian and English. The guide Alexander told everything very interestingly and without compulsion. There was enough free time for a photo. Only a clear lake is superfluous along the way.
2. Garni and Geghard. The tour was like a textbook, monotonous and not interesting. But the places are still beautiful.

I am traveling with this operator for the third time. For the first time in 2018, the impressions were the most positive. In 2021, I noticed that there were fewer tours, but I attributed them to the end of the season (I went in October).
In 2022, Yerani Travel was frankly disappointing. There were very few collective tours, everything that had previously been given by a separate tour was crammed into them. Hence the haste, lateness, and crumpling.
There is a big problem with guides. There are fewer and fewer intelligent people. We went with Karen to Geghard - showed (very briefly) the main church, and that's it - "walk by yourself, we'll meet in half an hour." He can't answer any questions outside of his own text. There is a group with a normal guide nearby - I want to go with his group.
If the company switches to individual tours, you should not lump collective tours together at random - it is better to abandon them.
Now I am not ready to recommend this tour operator, I advise you to look for more, compare, choose
