I traded in my iPhone 15 for the new iPhone 17 Pro here. The price was fair, and the phone was 100% brand-new and unactivated. I’m from Malaysia, and I’m really glad I upgraded my phone here in Armenia

I was supposed to buy a MacBook at a nearby large store, but the service there was terrible, so I left frustrated and went to Yerevan Mobile. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I left the store satisfied with my purchase.

I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max here almost on release. I have 4 defects. This is Apple's fault, not the store's. I was very busy with work. Now that I'm on vacation, I called to ask about the iPhone and the warranty. I also wanted to know where I can find a Google Pixel 9 XL Pro 512 GB. I wanted to return my iPhone under warranty and immediately purchase a Pixel. I wanted to clarify a few details. I called the number on the package. They answered in Armenian. I don't know Armenian. But I respect people. My English isn't very strong yet. I honestly asked, "Hello, do you speak Russian?" I was expecting any response. Except for them hanging up on me. It was hurtful. You lost a customer who, despite their initial disappointment, was willing to come back and make a significant purchase. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation in Yerevan in three years. The answer of "no" was more than satisfactory to me. This is my problem. Not the store's problem. If I had prepared, I would have called in English in 5 minutes. They also ask for a review after the purchase. This is a terribly dirty scheme. Draw your own conclusions. I am willing to remove the review if you resolve my issue. As long as the review is here, the issue remains unresolved. I am writing in English to ensure that as many people as possible hear this!
