The price-quality ratio. Nice modern room. We didn't really eat at breakfast, treasured fish and mediocre dishes, they are clearly saving on this. In the restaurant on the ground floor, 10,000 drams were given in the evening for a very light but delicious dinner for two. The staff is friendly, a good hotel in a convenient location for your money.

Comfortable rooms, a wide and comfortable bed ) delicious breakfasts , helpful staff! We arrived early in the morning , agreed in advance on an early arrival , went to meet them , settled in immediately without additional fees .

Great hotel! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail . The work of the staff is beyond praise . Breakfast : dishes for every taste. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits .

The staff is excellent, responsive, very helpful. Minus a star for the lack of bathrobes in the room (I had to contact the reception) and, in my opinion, the overpriced price in July (increased in July by 25% vs May) and is comparable to the price of some 5* hotels.

Very convenient location of the hotel, right in the center. I was surprised that breakfast was announced from 07.30, but before 08.30 there is no one in the kitchen and there is simply no one to ask for porridge or omelet. I had to call representatives from the reception so that at least someone could be found in the kitchen. But the reception staff is very helpful, always ready to help.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2023. The staff is very polite and customer-oriented. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, we were immediately provided with a room, and in the morning we were moved to a more comfortable one, so an additional sofa did not unfold in the first room, and my child's height was 1.86 cm))).
The food was very tasty in the hotel restaurant and the breakfasts were wonderful for every taste.

A bad hotel, is it really 4 stars?!
All the most important things that a hotel should specialize in are not working well.
Very old, the sofas are dirty, towels are like rags, there is no sound insulation, the doors slam so hard that it is impossible to sleep, well, classics, you can hear how the TV works in other rooms. The Internet is constantly disconnected or does not work, and if it does, it is slow. In addition to everything, there is only one working elevator and broken windows that blow through and a simple breakfast.
Armenia is a beautiful country, but it is better not to stay in this hotel, so as not to spoil the impression.

Very bad. The cleaning is terrible, we can say that there is no cleaning at all. There were three nights, the pastels were not replaced. There are no cotton pads, no sticks, no shower gel in the bathroom. Shampoo and rinse aid one piece each. The in-room bar did not bring tea and coffee for 3 days. And when I asked to clean the room, they just took out the trash and towels. The floor was dirty from shoes and slush and remained. So I did the room cleaning myself. Breakfast is meager. I do not advise against the word at all!
