My review is mainly based on the service and people working at the zoo. We arrived on a Monday at around 11:00am. The zoo opens at 10. After buying our tickets the lady told us the snakes and reptiles section opens at 15:00. When we got to the monkeys,the cages were empty. Rude lady washing the food off the floor with a water hose told us that the monkeys will be in the cages after the cleaning is over. Shouldn’t they clean before the zoo opens?! Many animals seem to be gone somewhere. I am giving one star for the 3 zebras. One of the tigers was “roaring endlessly”. Sounded like the sound they make when they are sick. The lions have a big territory but I think they had more a couple of years ago. Overall impression is poor. Even the kids were not impressed. P.s. there were a lot of lemurs around 4 years ago. 2 years ago we only saw 1. Today there was also 1 sad looking lemur. My question is: what did they do to them?!

the animals look very bad and sad especially the lion looks very sad and depressed and one zebra has a very big wound on it’s thigh that is treated very bad most animals look like they are suffering

Amazing, I didn't realize I loved animals so much. I went tgere because I was bored and it was cheap, but I stayed for the experience, had an amazing time. 10/10
