I came across this agency when I was looking for an apartment to rent, and I didn't get the most pleasant experience. It's not clear why you pay an agent a 50% commission if all the efforts that were on his part were that he just drove up to the apartment and opened it!? During the viewing, he stood silently with a bored face, did not take the initiative and did not tell anything about the object and about the house. At the same time, in other agencies in Yerevan, agents and shoe covers will be offered, and they will tell you in detail about all the nuances, and they will take you to different facilities, and they will provide a video review of the apartment, and generally act as mediators between the owner and the potential tenant. There's also an ad on list.am I found it myself, wrote to the agent myself and arranged for a viewing. Fortunately, the apartment was not occupied, otherwise I doubt that this lazy agent would have offered me alternative options. In addition, the rental agreement was drawn up superficially and took up 1 A4 sheet. To transfer the keys, the owner and I, of course, called an economy taxi, but for some reason we did not pay for it. The owner had to pay the driver in cash, and this despite the fact that, I remind you, I was charged a 50% commission and the apartment owner was also charged a considerable amount! Therefore, I do not recommend contacting this agency. There are no problems with agencies in Yerevan, and the choice is wide. These guys don't provide any decent service.
