Who is she to choose who to study with and who not to? You are a consumer services company and have no right to refuse, because your coach considered the child weak. Of course he's weak, the first lesson. By age, he fits into this group. Apparently, it is worth calling the Ministry of Education and Science on the hotline so that you are checked for the suitability of providing this type of service. Naturally, we will not study with you and we will find a more qualified center. But I thought better of you, much better. And you make a good first impression, except that the club manager cannot advise on tennis and had to wait for a callback.
