A good branch, fast service, by e-mail. The staff is polite, they explain everything and answer all questions. There are separate managers for individuals and legal entities.

I applied twice, sooo long service!!! In the modern world, time is one of the most valuable resources, customers' time is not valued here. I had to contact this miracle bank again - with SEA running, you are standing in a live queue to the manager, the management does not want to go out to their clients, does not want to solve customer issues. Customer focus is zero!!! Avoid this miracle bank

I became a client of this bank by accident, but I have been using the services for more than 10 years. In general, emotions are positive, except for some small things. It is not always clear what kind of necessary document we are talking about - for example, when an IIN is needed, they may say that an identity card is needed, and when an identity document is needed, only a non-resident's passport may be meant. Well, there are peculiarities with the execution of swift orders, due to the fact that the service is apparently not very in demand. There is also actual misinformation on the bank's website regarding the card issue period. In fact, in all cities except the capitals, maps are prepared in 10 days, regardless of the urgency of the issue.

It would be 5 stars if it were not for the braking of the queue because of the collectors, you wait in line and the collectors come out, the guard all go out into the hall.of course, I haven't been to banks that much, but they're not the first places where I've waited in line at the checkout, but this is the first time I've come across this..It 's not the first time 🤷🏼♂️
