I want to share my impressions about cooperation with the company "Eurogradstroy". I turned to this company on the recommendations of friends who had already built a house for themselves in Kolodishchi. After meeting with representatives of the company (director Vasily and manager Vladislav), I found out the preliminary amount for the work and the box at home, and the approximate deadlines, which was very important to me. On the day of signing the contract, we already went to do geology together. The payment is phased, which is very reasonable. The design process proceeded without problems, architect Denis worked with us, all the work was done efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner, there were a lot of moments that I would never have thought about myself, although my friends said that documentation was not important. We did everything in a month, a house like the VELOX 11 project, but with our personal improvements. The box was completely delivered at home in 2 months. The specialists always answered all my questions and gave me good advice on further operation of the house. I am very happy with the result, everything looks exactly as I wanted it to. Everything is done professionally. They even stopped going to the construction site, because every day they sent photos and video reports to the conversation, only checked the result at the end. The process of pouring the foundation and creating the walls could be watched like a movie, a lot of technology, everything was so thorough and clear that they did not even have time to come to their senses as it was already ready. As promised, the sound insulation and warmth are at an altitude. And it really smells like wood! We are waiting for next year to finish and repair. We will contact you as well. Next, I will try briefly - maybe it will help someone. What did you like: 1. Technology (reliable, warm and very fast). The whole world has been building for a long time - finally it came to us. 2. An integrated approach (from geodesy to finishing with the involvement of a designer and specialized specialists. So we liked it - one window))). I learned something about the construction site that I did not realize earlier - it is important for people whose profile is far from the construction site, but this affects how many generations we build a house for. For example, I associated the word geology only with a bearded man, but it turns out everything is not so simple. 3. Speed. I want to note this separately. We chose a house according to their standard design, then very quickly (as far as our constantly changing wishes allowed))) it was adapted and quickly built! Moreover, the "hotelok" stage was longer than the construction itself. Separately, I was bribed by the willingness to finish the facade later - the Velox calmly withstands without finishing. It was important for me - I wanted to do more inside, and move the outdoor work. Minuses: 1. They cannot read minds - because of this, the design period was slightly delayed. I definitely recommend these guys! Young, dynamic, and most importantly - trying to understand what you need and knowing how to do it. Ps. By the end of the work, the director and the designer had become just family members!
