Faced with a problem at this car wash. I work for a rental company and due to my work I am constantly at car washes, there are a lot of cars and everything needs to be prepared before delivery. At this car wash, 5 cars could be washed per day. But when I arrived, I went to change the bills again, changed 10p, after which the machine turned off (as it turned out, not by itself, but by the staff). A woman (an employee) came up to me and said, that's enough for you (I'm not quoting, I'm conveying the very essence). Initially, I tried to explain that we can't get an even amount in order to pay for the car wash by inserting bills, not coins. Since the rest of the amount burns out at this car wash when you turn on the pause, and this is a problem, I remind you that the cars are rental cars and I do not have the right to manage the organization's finances the way I want it. I tried to explain all this until another woman (an employee) came up and said, and I quote, "I can turn off the device and leave here." It goes without saying that when this situation was clarified, it was loud, and the staff began to sound "too loud," respectively, and so did I. Next, the employees went to the room where the support number was, going there to record the number, she found them talking with a grin: "Well, she's calling, let them tell her there." To sum up, of course, we will no longer wash the organization's cars there, and we will also not recommend this car wash to our customers, as we did before. It's a pity that we faced such a problem after regular visits.
