The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with the selection of dishes. The kitchen was great — everything was delicious, freshly prepared and beautifully served. However, it is worth noting that the waiting time for the order turned out to be quite long. It would be convenient if the waiters warned in advance about possible delays.

During the entrance, the upcoming disco was not mentioned, but when we asked for the bill, they unexpectedly offered to pay for the event if we would stay further. Everything was done politely and without conflicts, but someone might not like it. 2. The dessert is delicious, but the prices seem a little overpriced (about 9 rubles, as in Minsk coffee shops, or even higher) 3. There was no ice cream on the day of our visit, so the choice of desserts was limited to two options 4. The tinctures are quite normal, but they do not have a special taste, they are not comparable with more refined drinks in other places. Bottom line: a good place with the typical quality of service for the city. Unfortunately, Europa took the last place of those establishments that I managed to visit in Novopolotsk and Polotsk. The food was tasteless, there was no decoration: the meat cut looked ugly and sloppy. The cheese plate with sausage and marble cheese left a negative impression: these cheeses clearly did not fit the cheese plate. The tongue in sour cream sauce was tasteless and with raw onions. The condition of the bathroom is disgusting and needs to be repaired for a long time. The name of the institution "Europe" does not correspond in any way. Alas. I don't recommend it at all...
