I have to leave an extremely negative review about the company.
My experience of cooperation is classic — we started for health, finished for peace. I recommend that everyone either not contact the company at all, or read the contract very carefully and make full payment only after the windows are installed in your house / apartment, everything will be fine with them, and all the necessary settings and adjustments will be made.
Below are the details:
1. Poor quality delivery and storage
The quality of delivery and storage of products is terrible. Beautiful production, but storage — in the open air, without protection of the coating, moving for the most part — by dragging on a stand profile.
2. The disgusting work of installers
A disappointment that stretched over months. Naturally, legally installers have nothing to do with the company, although they work for them. That is, after the delivery and unloading of the windows, everything can be thrown off by the company for the wrong installation. The guys arrived without the necessary tools, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and knowledge of installation technologies. They put up a huge stained glass window without a laser level, of course unsuccessfully. Reinstalled it then 2 more times. Carelessness manifested itself in everything from careless handling of windows to garbage left everywhere. Installers did not care about the cleanliness of the workplace and did not fulfill the basic requirements for the installation of windows. All the windows after them are dirty, covered in sand, chips from drilling (directly on which they put the double-glazed windows themselves). Everything is visible in the photo.
In general, people put up windows without tools, knowledge and conscience. The only thing that is always with them is the arguments why it is not necessary, this is later, and this is such a technology.
3. Lack of adjustment and adjustment
After installing the windows, none of the company's employees adjusted and adjusted the window structures. This has led to the fact that the windows do not function properly: they do not close well and do not provide proper heat and sound insulation. Standard — it's warm now, we have to wait for the cold weather. The result is that the same installer came to set up and said that the gap in the door is normal, so all PVC doors have it :).
Later I set up this door myself in 30 minutes, everything became fine.
4. Incorrect fittings
The wrong hardware was installed. It does not affect the functionality, but nevertheless. They promised that as soon as they brought the right color, they would immediately reinstall everything. The right color has been delivered for a year. Therefore, once again, all the money is only after all the work is completed.
5. Constant promises and breakfasts
Throughout the process, I was faced with constant promises and "breakfasts" from a company representative. Each appeal ended with new promises that were never fulfilled. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, which indicates complete incompetence and disrespect for customers.
6. Installation outside the contract
The most serious problem is the installation of windows outside the contract. There is no other way. Thus, no one is responsible for the quality of the work performed and the installation itself. This leaves the client without any guarantees and rights of complaint.
Result
Disappointment. The problems have already been partially fixed on their own + a company has been found that will finish setting up and remove all the jambs. But the sediment remained, taking into account not the smallest money paid for the windows.
Learn from others' mistakes (my mistakes) and either choose another company, or read the contract very carefully, control production and installation, take your time and pay only for the result you need.
I drew conclusions, in general, everything is logical — they were in a hurry with the construction, so they turned a blind eye to many things.
Perhaps, for the sake of sport, I will talk to the Consumer Protection Society about this story, suddenly there will be a second part.

Я думаю, что ОкнаАльфаСтрой на данном этапе лучшая оконная фирма в Минске! Несколько раз сталкивался по разным заказам и всегда всё шло как по "маслу"! Даже те недочёты, которые всегда возникают при строительстве, решались быстро и без взаимных претензий!! Рекомендую!
