Extremely rude staff, read the negative reviews - I agree 100%! I spent 5-10 minutes on the hotline talking to two robots and one inadequate Linda... Is it really hard to politely tell a person who brought a parcel for the first time how to pack it correctly? Or explain some rules of your own?! 'What's in the bags'? We don't charge like that! So I was carrying packages so as not to scuff the original box, and not to provide the "highly respected" European post for shipment!
