This is not the first negative experience with this item! I picked up the parcel today (03/15), a dark-haired girl was working, she was rude, hurried, it was clear from the look that I was in the way, she did it openly. I came in and said hello, and there was silence in response, she was on the phone, not for the first time with this particular girl!! Very unpleasant!
