Today, on 07/28/2025, at about 12.50-13.00, I encountered inappropriate behavior from a European Post employee, it should be noted that I was a regular customer of this branch, I had not seen her there before. I ordered cosmetics from the Golden Apple, but the store mistakenly indicated my new last name in the order (although I still have an old passport, a new one is still in the process of registration). At the European Post office (Krichev, mkr. Sozh, 11) the employee did not even try to figure it out — she just shouted that "the package was not for me," but refused to say in whose name it was then issued! According to her logic, should I have just left the package I paid for and left? I wasn't offered any alternatives, no one was going to help, I didn't even know that the store had placed an order for a new name, or what was wrong with the package. I began to explain the situation and could confirm my identity with an old passport, in which a new surname is indicated in place of the stamp. Instead of help, there is rudeness, rudeness and a complete unwillingness to work with the client. She was constantly distracted by other clients, and served them carelessly. My complaint is not about the refusal to issue the parcel, but about the boorish attitude towards me as a client! The mood is ruined. As a regular customer of Euromail, (in the past, of course) I am shocked! This department urgently needs to be checked — frankly boorish and incompetent people work here. An official complaint has already been sent to the Europost support service. In the absence of a response, it will be sent to Belpost, as the regulator of postal services in the Republic of Belarus, and then to the State Inspectorate for Consumer Protection!

In three months, I contacted Europost twice, the first time the branch did not work, although they had a working day, the ad did not hang. The second time the parcel was sent on 12/20/2023, it was sent on 12/29/2023. Complete laxity and lack of control on the part of management. I do not recommend this department. It's better to send it to Belpost.

I use Euromail services from time to time. Everything is fine in the system itself, but there is a disgusting employee sitting in the office at sozh11. I don't know her name, she's young and thin. She's just a professional boor. Once a lot of people gathered, because the printer was not working, she tried to fix it somehow, while communicating with a friend on the phone and saying something like this "they gathered, they stand here as if they (the people who came for the parcels) have no business, they can't come at another time, which is why everyone goes in the evening, and not in the morning" and so on. She says it on the phone, and people are standing there listening to it... it's like we came to her house and we're bothering her, and we still have to choose the time so that it's convenient for her... Then she smokes, then she watches movies, answers questions through her teeth, SMS notifications about the delivered goods come to close. In short, take her to the World Bank and show her how to work and employees from whom she could take an example.
