I don't understand the high rating of the department. An employee of the department rolls her eyes at every word of the visitors. He talks down and haughtily. If you need to send an order, in her opinion, the visitor should already know how to do it. Her behavior provokes quarrels. That's probably why there's a warning in the department that there's a fine for insulting. Is it okay that this fine should be given to a European post employee for such communication? She also threw the basket instead of calmly putting it back in its place. I don't understand, if you don't like your own job, then why stay?

Previously, there were cool girls, it was nice to come to this department, now, whenever possible, I try not to go to this department, but rather choose another one where there are normal employees. Many colleagues also stopped going to this department because of Victoria. It's just that you're already tired of coming and seeing her, dissatisfied all the time, rude, haughtily communicating, and you'll also spend a lot of time in the department because of her slowness and unwillingness to see people at all!

Employees are an outright boorish marginal something, two words cannot be connected without claims and insults. The place is always dirty, it smells like smoking, as if they smoke in their back room. I've been in twice and never set foot again. The most disgusting European post office in the city.
