I sent a package the other day . Excellent department and wonderful staff! I would like to express my deep gratitude to the female employees at the Euro Post office, especially specialist Ilona) I was pleasantly impressed by the high level of service. The girls are incredibly polite, attentive and smiling. It is clear that they treat their work with soul and great responsibility. When I had questions about filling out the form, one of them not only prompted, but patiently and explained everything in detail, helped me to arrange everything correctly.

There are no complaints about the employees. They try to serve the queue as quickly as possible. But the system itself is as cumbersome as a prehistoric fossil. The service is aimed at regular customers. For their convenience, everyone has their own e-cabinet. Where you can adjust the data even by submitting a job application. But for people who use the service every few years, sending a parcel becomes an arch-task. Until you go through the seven circles of hell, they won't even talk to you on the site. This task was also complicated for me by the fact that the Internet was very slow. When I finished filling out the numerous fields and wanted to register, it turned out that I already have an account, which I apparently created in the same pain a few years ago for the same one-time submission, and all the filling started over again after restoring the old account. As a result, instead of the calculated maximum of 15 minutes (I turned on the queue during calculations) I was there for an hour. And I would have spent much more if I hadn't been wedged between clients asking them to suggest the next stage of the hellish registration. What if I didn't have the Internet at all? What if a pensioner came with a push-button phone? All the packages would not have been accepted. The service clearly needs to be improved

Instead of explaining how to use it properly without presenting a passport, the employee "fuck off" said that they don't give out anything without documents and that's it. While I was standing, the employee began to explain to another woman that it was necessary to come with a passport to go through identification, I don't understand the problem, it was normal to explain it to me. It feels like I'm trying to take millions out of there, rather than receive a package, which is paid upon receipt.
