Terrible and boorish behavior of employees. I don't understand how such employees can be recruited into the service sector. People like Anna Gennadievna S. need to be isolated from people. The second point is that there is no information about the boxes on the website, only they pack at their discretion at the post office and charge an additional fee. I will never use this mail service again.

The product is of excellent quality, thank you. But the delivery service left an unpleasant aftertaste. The consultant, not finding my package, allowed herself to throw others on the floor. My order, as it turned out, was in a place that wasn't even searched for. I hope this is an isolated case of negligence.
