I came to pick up the parcel 5 minutes before closing, the employee pretended that I was not there, went about her business and dragged her time to say later: "the post office is closed." I tried to have an adequate dialogue with her, which I received rudeness for. I'm not that shocked, there aren't enough mats here. It was a birthday present that I needed to pick up very urgently. I ask the management to take action. And I advise this employee to keep an eye on her appearance, at least wash her hair.
