For personal reasons, the passport was in another organization, so I came to ask to receive a package based on the passport photo, with a receipt message, with a photo of the parcel from the sender. The female employee categorically refused to issue the parcel. It's a shame, but the most offensive thing was the tone with which she did it, and then the fact that she started pretending like I didn't exist there at all, and just ignored all the questions. After that, I called tech support, where I asked what to do in such a situation. I was told in a mocking tone that I should look for a passport or bring a driver's license instead. Dear European Post, what should I do if I don't have a passport, I haven't learned my driver's license yet, and my military ID card doesn't fit either, since I'm not a conscript soldier? Why can't I receive MY package? Do you really think that someone wants to fake passport photos, messages, parcels and at the same time pay a large sum for someone else's parcel, posing as another person? I would also like to know if all your employees can only be sarcastic and don't know how to communicate with people. I will return with my passport in a few weeks, paying the storage fee, since the parcel is important and I don't want to let the sender down. After that, I would like to never contact you, I will try to look for an alternative, even if absolutely necessary. Thank you for your time.
