The employee is aggressive, saying something in response. I don't understand how the conditions for receiving a parcel change from employee to employee. It seems like the girl is just bullying people for her own personal reasons.

Excellent pick-up point! The staff is pleasant near the houses, they will explain everything and tell you how best to send the parcel! I pick up the Mall often! It's a pity that there is no wheelchair support, you have to lift the stroller!
