What is the problem with making an entrance from the street, which in fact is. There are a lot of people in the store, you need to queue near the security cameras and self-service cash desks, the store's customers are freaking out that they can't get through. And mothers with a stroller will not go there at all .

I regularly use the services of this post office - it is much more convenient than regular mail (less queues, easier to send parcels and receive money, convenient work schedule).
I hope that Euromail will continue to improve the quality of its service, simplify and improve its services so that parcels can be sent even faster and money can be credited to the card immediately, without visiting the branch again.

I don't know how things are with the service, but entering the post office in the store when there is an evening influx of customers is somehow not comme il faut.
