This is the third time I've encountered this girl and her rudeness. When sending sealed goods, it aggressively demands to open them and inspect them. Even if the product is new, aren't they being forced to damage the integrity of the packaging? Her boss is constantly protecting her, it's obvious that they have a common system. It's a pity there wasn't time for both of them to write in the complaint book.
