I've been using this department for more than a year, they're smart girls, they treat me with respect. I've seen a lot of clients in the queue, then they refuse to sign, then they prove that they couldn't have made a mistake when making an application, etc. They always explained everything clearly to my clients. Just don't take out your mistakes and quirks on the mail staff in the reviews. They do their job well, unlike someone who came to receive their parcel not in the mood. Sometimes parcels were torn and lost (this is a human factor, it is present in any organization), but the issues were always resolved, and this is the most important thing, and not that it seemed to someone that the employee was not smiling with all his mouth.

The delivery speed is terrible, it always takes longer than indicated, and compared to other analogues, prices are among the highest, 1 point per large area of residential buildings. There are no SMS messages about the arrival of the parcel, everything is working correctly at other points. Of the advantages, it is easy to get to the point itself.

The forwarder delivered my parcel marked "fragile" to this pick-up point, instead of office No. 54, but the staff decided that it was better to send it back to Minsk than to transfer it to the right office! Thank you, now my fragile parcel is traveling all over Belarus!
