She replied that you should sit next to me and sit. Complete disrespect, lack of customer orientation and courtesy!!! Take action, such people should not work with people and spoil the mood of other people with their mood and behavior!!!

It is conveniently located, close to home and bus stop. I always use this point, but now I probably have to change the pick-up point. The staff were always kind, friendly, helped with packaging and advice on many issues. My last visit disappointed me. Namely, the employee Lyudmila. A conversation in raised tones. I was hoping for help with the packaging, and in response I heard a categorical answer: "There are no other options. Come when the girl who served you is working" (she has already come and received help from other employees) I was very disappointed with the level of service.
