It's October outside, it's cold, it's raining, I'm happy after work I carry parcels to Euromail 17.45 (I looked at the work schedule in advance, because Euromail likes not to work full-time) I just walk in the door, they answer me right away we don't work, without explaining the reason, I clarified somewhere on the website it saysto which I received the answer yes , I 'm posting it now and the girl is going to hang a leaf on the door !
And closes it in my face.
And I "happily" drove home with a package of parcels in the rain.
Thank you for the "wonderful" end of the day, dear Europost employees.

I didn 't even bother to register to leave a review! Ekaterina Khamka is a rare employee, I haven't seen this for a long time. The man is clearly working out of place . I used the services of this European post constantly , but after constant rudeness from this employee, I highly recommend not visiting this place. I hope the management will see this review and eventually take action against this employee, especially in the reviews with her rudeness, she is already very popular here!

A nightmare in one word. They refused to issue the parcel because allegedly a student ID is not a document. What is it then??? My passport is at the registration, it was taken away for a month, I tried to explain this to an employee. There have never been any problems with student loans before. There is all the information confirming my identity: a photo and full name. And they let you on the train, and anything. I am attaching a photo with information about my review. I will come to write a complaint tomorrow

It was necessary to pick up the goods on 25.12. The day before, they sent a message that the pick-up point would be open from 11:00. After standing for half an hour from the expected opening time, the pick-up point did not work. If you are unable to open on time for any reason, you must notify us in advance. My wife and I came 15 minutes before closing time to pick up our 3 items. The employee Marina with red hair refused to look for a third product, insulted her wife and told her to either refuse or take 2 goods for the cost of three. Save your nerves and don't come here.

It's a terrible place. This is exactly what the European Post office will no longer use. I wanted to send a small box, I packed it well before sending it. Ekaterina, an employee, imposed the package, saying that the packaging did not meet the standards, although everything was fine in other departments. I asked for payment upon receipt, but they told me that it was impossible, just right away. I repeat, there were no problems with this in other European Post offices!!!

Employees behave disrespectfully towards customers, there is nothing to breathe in the department, I highly do not recommend this service. When asked where to put the packaging garbage, it is proposed to clog a symbolic-sized street urn, forming a mess on the street.
