The department may be good, but I was served by an incompetent operator Safonov IA. The girl instructed on the registration of the application through her personal account, refusing to issue it herself. This is not provided for in the Terms of use of the service and is a violation in relation to the client. I could have made an application in 2 minutes instead of the 10 minutes that the client needed.
