The department is standard in its functionality. For me personally, a significant disadvantage is the presence of a lunch break. Very uncomfortable. I understand that this is a plus for employees. Perhaps 2 people on shift would have solved this moment so that everyone would have time for lunch, and customers would not have to wait. After all, even with the presence of lunch, operators manage to go somewhere before, literally in 15-20 minutes, closing the branch and making them wait.

I got to them at the time of lunch, so they just pulled down the curtains and that's it. there is no schedule or signage, how do I know that they are exactly there? there are several more shops nearby, the SDEK branch, which, by the way, is indicated by an arrow above the entrances of the European post, accordingly it is logical to go there, but no. The girls from sdek are being sent back. in general, it is difficult to get to the right place the first time, you have to ask strangers again. Make a sign!!!!
