The parcel cannot be picked up because the branch is not working. I called the number on the website on January 13, talked to the staff, they don't have any information, they didn't say anything specifically. There was no information on the website either. But they regularly send a message that they will be charged for storage in the future. Be careful when you decide to use this service. I would like to put 0, but there is no such rating.

It is a pity that there is no zero star. The package has arrived, I can't pick it up in any way. The time for paid storage has already come. The work schedule changes every day (I want to work, I want not to work). You call the contact center, they don't give you any information, only, as always, they hang noodles on your ears. Disgusting job of the department!!!
