I ordered a package from an online store at this pick-up point, the package was in my name. My father was not given the package, arguing that it was not issued to him.. The dispatch service said that if I sent my father a photo of my passport, birth certificate, and marriage certificate, they would have to give it all out, since the relationship would be confirmed.
