the department operates according to its own personal schedule, the working hours of the department on the website do not correspond to reality, when making an application, it says 10-00 to 21-00 on the website. I arrive to send the parcel at 19:00, it's already closed, there's a piece of paper that says it works until 18:00, I immediately look at the website, nothing has changed, it works until 21:00....the staff leaves as they want and closes. The job has been disgusting lately.

An extremely unpleasant and disgusting experience. Employee Marina (sitting on the right) is not the first time she meets with a disgruntled face and outright rudeness, she is disdainful from the very first minutes. She talks as if the client owes her something. Complete lack of basic politeness. They refused to help with the registration of the parcel, they sent them to arrange everything on their own right in front of the employee, instead of fulfilling their duties normally. Absolute indifference and unprofessionalism. Europost is a service company that is obligated to provide its service to the client, and the client should not ask for basic respect. If a person doesn't like customers, you can change jobs rather than ruin the company's reputation.

It's not even the bottom - they're still knocking from below. We arrived to send the parcel in the afternoon (for the first time, we didn't even have a personal account) - two employees are sitting, there are no people. They're literally picking my nose. And they say: Apply via the website on your phone. You ask for help - zero emotions. I repeat, there are no other clients besides us. We somehow processed this application, the number is by080041698688. The package was accepted. Take two. The cash on delivery for the parcel arrives. We arrive, and they tell us: "We can't give you the money - your information is incorrect in your personal account" - OK, we're correcting it. - And again we can't give it back, because there's a different last name on the package! And how did you, comrades, accept this package?! We call tech support asking how to collect the money, but they tell us: "No way!" If you want to be left without a thing or money, send it by European Mail. And we will probably have to contact the state authorities - let them figure it out.
